We require verified training in:
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Confined space awareness
- Electrical safety
- Equipment & jobsite protocols

Before working on real jobs, technicians must:
- Complete supervised installs
- Perform guided diagnostics
- Demonstrate proper tool and equipment use
They prove it in the yard before they prove it in the field.

Technicians are only cleared for field work after:
- Attending and completing our in-house Tradeworks University training program
- Meeting training benchmarks
- Demonstrating system understanding
- Passing internal evaluations
